Return policy
We guarantee our products 100% and warrant them to be free
of any defects. If you ever need to return product for any reason,
no questions are ever asked. Simply follow these steps to ensure
quick processing.
- All returned items require a Return Authorization (RA)
number. To request an RA#, simply contact our customer support
department by filling out the form provided here click here.
- You will be issued an RA# along with a FREE pre-paid
postage label for sending back your cartridges. In order
to process your return as quickly as possible, please be
sure to use your FREE pre-paid mailing label.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging
and be accompanied by invoice.
- Our replacement/refund policy stipulates that returned
product must be received before replacement product can
be shipped or a refund/credit can be issued.
- We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns.
Please allow 5 business days for all replacement products
to be shipped or refunds to be issued.
